ABOUT MY BILL

Billing is monthly. Depending on what billing cycle you are included in will determine what time of the month you will receive your utility bill and when it is due.

A return envelope is included with your monthly bill so that you may enclose your stub with a check for payment.

If payment is mailed or dropped into the depository please include the account number on your check and enclose your payment stub. Included on your bill is a usage history graph to give you a comparison to usage in previous months.

We now accept debit and credit card payment online. Log in to your account now!

Payment can be made at our main office lobby located at 900 Daphne Avenue (Next to the Daphne Post Office). A drive-through facility is available at the same location. An after hours depository is available in the drive thru area.
